Reason:
The CA VM:Director CPUID has expired. A valid CPUID is required for CA VM:Director to continue operating. If there are any days left in the grace period, CA VM:Director keeps operating. If not, it shuts down.
Action:
Your CA VM:Director systems administrator must call Technical Support to obtain a CPUID that is valid for the CPU on which you are running CA VM:Director.
