Reason:
The CA VM:Director CPUID has expired. A valid CPUID is required for CA VM:Director to continue operating. If any days remain in the grace period, CA VM:Director keeps operating. If the grace period has expired, CA VM:Director shuts down.
Action:
Your CA VM:Director system administrator must call Technical Support for a new CPUID.
