Use the END command to end CA VM:Backup operation, either after all active commands are complete or immediately using the FORCE option.
After you enter the END command, users cannot invoke CA VM:Backup. If CA VM:Backup issues a message (for example, to request a tape mount) while completing a currently running job, you can respond to the request, but you cannot enter new commands.
When CA VM:Backup ends, you cannot submit new jobs until the system is restarted. To see a list of active and pending jobs before ending CA VM:Backup, use the QUERY REQUESTS command.
