JOB Record

The JOB record provides information about the job and is always the first record in a keyword data report.

JOB jobname TYPE BACKUP DUMPJOB [number | NONE] OWNEDBY userid AT node DATE mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss OUTCOME {COMPLETED | CANCELED}

Definitions

jobname

Indicates the name of the job template file for the job.

TYPE BACKUP

Indicates that the job was a backup job.

DUMPJOB [number | NONE]

Indicates whether the job created a catalog. If the job created a catalog, number is the dumpjob number of the catalog. NONE means the job did not create a catalog.

OWNEDBY userid AT node

Indicates the owner of the keyword data report (VMBACKUP or the user ID that submitted the job) and the node of the system from which the user submitted the job.

DATE mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss

Indicates the date and time the job started.

OUTCOME {COMPLETED | CANCELED}

Indicates the outcome of the job. COMPLETED means the job ran to completion. CANCELED means the job was canceled; in this case the report also includes a CANCEL record.
