ALIAS Record

The ALIAS record provides information for an SFS alias file the job backed up.

ALIAS aliasfn aliasft BASE basefn baseft

ALIAS records appear in a keyword data report only if the REPORT record in the job template or exception file specified file-level report detail. The order in which they appear reflects the order in which the alias files were backed up.

The ERRORS, FAIL, or SUCCESS records indicate the job processing outcome for an alias file if file-level detail was specified.

BASE basefn baseft

Indicates the filename and filetype of the base file on which the alias was created.
