Report Routing

To produce reports, CA VM:Backup defines virtual printers and punches as it needs them and detaches them when it no longer needs them. CA VM:Backup uses virtual addresses in the range 0E00 to 0FFF for virtual printers, and 0C00 to 0DFF for virtual punches.

This section describes the default user IDs and locations to which CA VM:Backup sends reports produced by backup and restore jobs, and explains how to reroute these reports by changing these defaults.
