Using VMBEXIT3 with CA VM:Batch

If the requesting user is a CA VM:Batch worker machine, requester will be the user ID of the CA VM:Batch worker machine, not the user ID of the user who submitted the job running on that machine. Therefore, CA VM:Batch workers should not be granted restore privileges.
