VMBRITS writes a report to a CMS file on the requesting user ID's A-disk that lists the minidisks and files restored. (This information is also sent to your console.) The report filename is the volser of the tape that was mounted; the filetype is always REPORTR. If a REPORTR file for a given tape already exists, the new report replaces it.
