Processing REINIT Jobs

When a REINIT job starts, CA VM:Backup:

1. Verifies that the submitting user ID is an authorized client.
2. For each tape:
3. Requests the tape be mounted if the TPI record, JOBOPTIONS TAPEMOUNT YES, is specified in the job template file. After the tape is mounted, CA VM:Backup rewrites the tape labels.
4. Expires the tapes by changing the retention period in the CA VM:Tape TMC or the CA VM:Backup resource pool to zero.
