Job Rollback

When a backup job rollback occurs, the CA VM:Backup restart recovery facility is used to restart the job close to the point where processing stopped.

If the rollback is caused by a tape I/O error, the backup job is automatically restarted. If the rollback is due to a procedural error, the backup job is automatically placed on hold. When the problem is corrected, you can use the RELEASE command to restart the job.
