Starting CA VM:Backup in a Suspended State

To start CA VM:Backup without permitting any jobs to start, use the SUSPEND option on the VMBSYS command. Entering vmbsys (suspend causes CA VM:Backup to come up in a suspended state. CA VM:Backup does not restart any jobs that were interrupted, and prevents other jobs from starting. When the system is suspended, only job processing stops; commands can still execute.
