The Device Operation action expresses information about general operations related to functioning of a Virtual Device. A virtual device simulates a physical hardware component like a network device (for example, a Router, Switch, Network Card, or Modem). When an event that is recorded as part of a Virtual Device normal function or operation cannot be mapped to a more specific CEG action, consider mapping the event to this action.
