The Device Error action expresses information about error conditions related to a virtual device. A virtual device simulates a physical hardware component like a network device (for example, a Router, Switch, Network Card, or Modem). Any type of error about the Virtual Device can be mapped to this action. Less severe events should be mapped to the Device Warning action. More severe events that warrant immediate action should be mapped to the Device Alert action.
