The SNMP Alert action expresses information about alert conditions related to SNMP. Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) is used in network management systems to monitor network-attached devices for conditions that warrant administrative attention. Any type of alert about the SNMP can be mapped to this action. If this is an error condition and does not warrant immediate attention, then map to the SNMP Error action.
