Change the Time Frame of a Report
The Time Period selector lets you select the interval of data, such as a three-hour, one-day, or one-week segment. By default, data from the past three hours is shown for most reports.
UC Monitor stores data for up to 24 months.
Follow these steps:
- Click the time frame link at the top of a report.

The Time Period selector opens.
- Complete the following fields. The fields that are available vary depending on the time frame you select.
- Time Period: Select the interval of data you want to view: 3 hours, day, week, custom.
- Time Zone: Static value that is based on the time zone of the logged-in user.
- Day: Select the date, month, and year that mark the beginning of the interval want to view.
- Hour: Select the hour of the day that marks the beginning of the interval you want to view.
- Time: Select the start time of a custom time frame.
- Duration: Select the duration of a custom time frame. Options are in five-minute intervals.
- Click OK.
The view of the displayed report changes to reflect your new time frame.
- (Optional) To view data from the previous or next time frame, click the arrows to the left and right of the time frame link.
