Use the VSEMCON keyword to assign the z/VSE special right to open the master console. This attribute corresponds to the MCON attribute of the DTSECTAB.

This keyword has the following format:

This keyword is used with:

• The commands CREATE, ADDTO, REMOVE, and REPLACE
