Reason:
TSSCNV43 was unable to open the new 4.3 file or the data set pointed to by the SECFNEW DD statement was not a valid 4.3 security file.
Action:
Ensure that SECFNEW DD statement is pointing to the new security file created by the 4.3 version of TSSMAINT.
