Reason:
The Control Region ACID for an IMS Region has assigned a fixed ACID “imsmsc” to the MSC link name “msname”, but the ACID is not valid for sign on in the Control Region.
Action:
Verify that the name specified is a valid CA Top Secret ACID and has permissions to the IMS facility. In addition, the ACID may be invalid for other reasons such as being suspended. A TSSUTIL report may be helpful in determining the violation and the needed administration to correct the problem.
