BLOCKSIZE ERROR IN AUDIT FILE

Reason:

The BLKSIZE JCL parameter in SAMPJCL(TSSMAINA) or the input parameter BLOCKSIZE to TSSMAINT has been incorrectly specified.

Action:

The following conditions must all be true for the AUDIT files to come up without error:

When SAMPJCL(TSSMAINA) is submitted, the BLKSIZE JCL parameter and the BLOCKSIZE input parameter must be equal
The maximum allowed blocksize must be a multiple of 256 in the range 512 – 32512 for the program TSSMAINT with the following conditions:
- For 3390 DASD, the maximum allowed blocksize is 27468
- For other DASD devices, the maximum allowed blocksize depends on track capacity
If AUDIT and AUDIT2 files are used, the blocksize for both files must be the same

Make corrections to your JCL to create your AUDIT/AUDIT2 files. Resubmit, and alter your TSS startup proc if needed.
