Reason:
When a local system, which is not connected to the Coupling Facility, attempts to lock the Security File, the structure name in the Security File ENQ record is compared to the local system's currently defined structure. A local system, which is not connected to the Coupling Facility, has attempted to lock the Security File when the ENQ record has a currently active structure name and the local system has a different structure name.
Action:
Reconnect using the structure name defined in the local system.
