Reason:
When the Security File is locked in the Coupling Facility by another system, and the local system attempts to use the same file while the Coupling Facility is not enabled, the operator is given the option to dynamically enable Coupling Facility locking, or wait for the other systems to release the file.
This message includes the option to reply ABORT only if the message was issued during startup. If this message is issued after initialization completes, the operator is not given this option.
Action:
Reply YES to enable Coupling Facility locking, or WAIT to wait until the file is released. Reply ABORT to abort the attempt by the local system to lock the Security File.
