REPLY “YES” OR “FORCE” OR “ABORT”

Reason:

When a local system attempts to lock the Security File, the structure name in the Security File ENQ record is compared to the local system's currently defined structure. A local system, which is not connected to the Coupling Facility, has attempted to lock the Security File when the ENQ record has a currently active structure name and the local system has a different structure name. The operator is prompted to confirm whether the local system should connect to the active structure or whether all systems should be disconnected from XES and the local system should connect using the local system's currently defined structure name.

This message includes the option to reply ABORT only if the message was issued during startup. If this message is issued after initialization completes, the operator is not given this option.

Action:

Reply YES to connect to active structure, or FORCE to disconnect all systems from active structure and then connect to the local system's currently defined structure name. Reply ABORT to abort the attempt by the local system to lock the Security File.
