Action:
While attempting to serialize the Security File, CA Top Secret recognized that the lock is being held by another system that is currently performing an automatic backup of the file. Since this is a relatively long duration event, Top Secret will wait an additional amount of time to retry the lock before issuing the TSS9123A message.
