Reason:
The TSS command cannot obtain an enqueue on a specific ACID. The table used to keep track of enqueues is full. The TSS command will wait for an enqueue table entry to be freed and then continue normally.
Action:
If this message occurs frequently, the blocksize of the Security File should be increased.
