Reason:
During a periodic internal check, CA Top Secret discovered modification to critical logic or an address. Modification may be intentional or accidental.
Action:
Notify your Security Administrator and Auditors. Notify CA Technical Support for a detailed description of what was modified. CA Top Secret should eventually be reinitialized using the command: START TSS,,,REINIT
