• the ACID is not defined
• the password is not correct
• the ACID has expired
• the ACID is suspended
• the ACID not type C/A or USER
• the ACID does not have CONSOLE attribute

Action:

If the ACID should be accountable, his administrator must assign the correct properties to the ACID.
