Reason:
CA Top Secret was unable to install the SAF interface. Processing continues; however, unpredictable results will occur in a non‑SU32 (SAF) environment.
Action:
Shut down CA Top Secret with BYPASS DOWN options and restart when CSA shortage is relieved. SAF interface uses less than 1K of CSA.
