Reason:
During startup CA Top Secret recognized that maintenance had been applied to the load module containing the system RDT/FDT definitions. This message acknowledges that the “synchronization” of the load module with the security file has failed due to the “reason” specified in the message.
During startup, CA Top Secret attempted to merge an updated base RDT with the Security File RDT. The merge failed for the indicated reason.
Action:
If the preceding reason text suggests a remedy, perform the suggested process: Stop TSS and REINIT.
If the preceding reason text does not indicate a remedy, contact CA Top Secret Support.
