Reason:
The TSS STC procedure contains a STEPLIB DD‑statement. STEPLIB is tolerable during initial testing but is not recommended for long term. CA Top Secret should be link listed to avoid future maintenance problems resulting from duplicate load library modules. If any TSS modules are invoked outside of the TSS address space, there is no guarantee it will work unless the CAILIB is in the linklist or STEPLIBed to all address spaces.
Action:
Remove the STEPLIB DD‑statement from TSS STC as soon as possible.
