Reason:
During the CA Top Secret activation process, an error prevented the processing of the Security File.
DRC (xx) = 39 and 4B may indicate incorrect customer key
Action:
Restart CA Top Secret. If problem persists, see 2.
Re‑IPL. If problem persists, the Security File may be damaged, and require reconstruction. Contact CA Technical Support if problem is not hardware‑related.
