Reason:
CA Top Secret was unable to free CSA unused storage.
Action:
This message is an indication of a potential storage utilization problem. If the problem persists then the DEBUG control option should be enabled via the “F TSS,DEBUG(ON)” which will produce an SVCDUMPT to one of the SYS1.DUMPnn data sets. The option should then be disabled via the “F TSS,DEBUG(OFF)” operator command. Contact CA Technical Support.
