Reason:
The CA Top Secret Recovery File is full. Changes to the Security File will be recorded at the beginning of the File; overwriting current data.
Action:
It is not necessary to back up the recovery file if backups are run daily before the file wraps. If the recovery file is wrapping more than once a day, it should be enlarged.
