Reason:
LMP product key verification cannot be done because CAIRIM has not been started, the maintenance level of CAIRIM does not contain LMP support, or the LMP product keys have not been correctly defined to CAIRIM. This message can be issued at CA Top Secret initialization or during subsequent LMP verification. Normal operation of CA Top Secret requires that CAIRIM be active with LMP support.
Action:
Start CAIRIM if it has not been started. If CAIRIM has been started, make sure that it is at the latest maintenance level and that it has been properly set up with the CA LMP service.
