Reason:
A user exceeded the maximum number of allowable violations set by VTHRESH, and the site has specified the VTHRESH (nn,CANCEL) option. The session is automatically cancelled.
Action:
No action required. If the VTHRESH option also specifies the SUSPEND parameter, the SUSPEND attribute must be removed from the ACID.
