Reason:
CA Top Secret wants to make sure that the user entered (and/or remembers) the new password correctly, OR the user entered a “verification” password that did not match the new password.
Action:
Re‑enter the password, being careful to match the original password exactly. If, after two verification retries, the passwords still do not match, the user receives a TSS7111E and a DRC(015).
