SIT DEFAULT USER CANNOT BE LOCKED

Reason:

A TSS LOCK command was issued while signed on as the CICS SIT default user. The ACID assigned by the CICS SIT DFLTUSER specification should never issue the TSS LOCK command. If a user were allowed to do so, all users who were assigned to the default user would be locked when one user performed the command.

Action:

TSS LOCK requires an explicit signon to a CICS user other than the CICS SIT default user.
