Reason:
For CICS 4.1 and above, a facility matrix suboption has been changed on the facility. All XPARMS except XDCT and XTST and suboption RLP can be changed without recycling CICS. These three options can be changed to NO, but cannot be changed to YES without recycling CICS. Facility suboptions MAXSIGN, ASUBM, and SIGN(S) require recycling of CICS to change the option.
Action:
No action is necessary.
