Reason:
An error occurred during Master Scheduler Initialization.
Action:
Check other messages to determine cause of problem. The ABEND reason code 'nn' will match the last two characters of the matching error message. For example, if the user ABEND code reason is '34', then a TSS2034E message will also be issued with other problem related information. An IPL may be necessary.
