Reason:
When using the VSAM option to store digital certificate and certificate keyrings, the LIST(SDT) is no longer valid because the records reside now in VSAM and not the SDT.
Action:
Specify TSS LIST(ACIDS) KEYRING(ALL) or DIGICERT(ALL).
