Reason:
CA Top Secret requires a substantive user password to generate Kerberos encryption keys. An ACID with PASSWORD(NOPW) cannot accept the KERBNAME operand. An ACID with the KERBNAME operand cannot accept an administered PASSWORD(NOPW).
Action:
For any ACID intended for Kerberos processing, correct the password to contain substantial text. (Not NOPW, which bypasses password processing.)
