Reason:
If processing the GENCERT, REKEY, or ADD command, LABLPKDS(*) was specified and the LABLCERT that was specified does not conform to the rules for PKDS labels. If processing the REKEY command, LABLPKDS(*) was specified and the LABLCERT specified does not conform to the rules for PKDS labels. PKDS labels may consist of alphanumeric and national characters (@, #, $) and periods. However, only alphabetic or national characters may be the first position in the label.
Action:
Specify a valid LABLPKDS field or specify a LABLCERT field that conforms to the rules for the LABLPKDS field.
