Reason:
An attempt was made to issue a TSS REM(*LDSRECV) command to remove records from the LDS recovery file. However, the LDS subtask of CA Top Secret is not active.
Action:
Issue a TSS MODIFY(STATUS) to find the current status of LDS. See the LDAP chapter in the Command Functions Guide.
