Reason:
An attempt was made to EXPORT a Digital Certificate that has its private key in ICSF storage facility. There is no function of ICSF to extract the key for this process.
Action:
You could export the certificate without the private key using format (CERTDER or CERTB64). If the private key is desired, you must first remove the certificate then re‑generate or re‑add the certificate without specifying the ICSF option.
