Reason:
A GENCERT request was made but the NBTIME was missing or invalid.
Action:
Re‑enter the command specifying the correct time. For example: NBTIME(10:15:00)

Reason:
An attempt was made to ADD a Digital Certificate to a user ACID with the keyword of HITRUST. The HITRUST status is reserved for the CERTAUTH user id only.
Action:
If HITRUST option is desired, you must add the certificate to the CERTAUTH user id.
