Reason:
A SECCACHE command was issued to initialize security record cache processing but the data space where the cache is stored could not be obtained. There is either not enough virtual storage defined to meet the requested size, or the number of active SCOPE=COMMON data spaces has exceeded the system setting.
Action:
Ensure that sufficient virtual storage is available to allocate to the data space based on the size requested. You may have to increase the value specified for the MAXCAD parameter within the IEASYSxx member of PARMLIB by one.
