Reason:

When a local system, which is not connected to the Coupling Facility, attempts to lock the Security File, the structure name in the Security File ENQ record is compared to the local system's currently defined structure. A local system, which is not connected to the Coupling Facility, has attempted to lock the Security File when the ENQ record has a currently active structure name and the local system has a different structure name. The operator can choose to have the local system connect to the active structure, or force all systems to disconnect from XES, or deallocate the active structure and reconnect the local system to the structure it previously disconnected from.

Action:

Reply FORCE to disconnect, YES to connect using the active structure, or RECON to deallocate the active structure and reconnect using the structure name defined in the local system.
