Reason:
An attempt was made to ADD a Kerberos segment to a user, however the user's acid name already matches a KERBLINK record of the same name, the existing KERBLINK record was previously defined as a foreign KERBLINK record.
Action:
Need to rename the existing KERBLINK, and then reissue TSS command to add the Kerberos segment.
