Reason:
You must add the LABLRING to the acid with the KEYRING before attempting to add RINGDATA information or perform any other function against that LABLRING.
Action:
Issue TSS ADDTO(acid) KEYRING(xxxxxxxx) LABLRING(xxxxxxx) before performing any other functions.
