Reason:
Administrator issued a REPLACE command for a digital certificate and specified a new FOR or START keyword resulting in a bad date. On a replace, if the START date is not specified then the FOR date will be calculated using the current day's date.
Action:
Correct the command. If necessary include both START and FOR keywords to get the desired results.
