Reason:
The name specified with the DIGICERT keyword is invalid or missing.
Action:
Reissue the command with a valid name. Reissue the command with a valid name. Note that, if this message is received after a GENREQ command, the GENREQ command does not create a certificate. Use the GENCERT command to create a certificate.
